This friendly and practical 1-hour Zoom session focuses on the two emergencies parents worry about most — CPR and choking.
You’ll learn simple, step-by-step skills to help you stay calm and take action when it really matters. No awkward role play, no fear tactics… just clear, supportive teaching that actually sticks.

This session is for anyone caring for children aged 0–18.

We’ll focus on the essentials, so you leave feeling clear and confident:
- Baby & child CPR
- When and how to call for help
- Defibrillator awareness (what to do if one is available)
- Choking: how to recognise and respond
- Recovery position
You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to ask questions along the way.

Meet your trainer: Sammy
Founder of Happy Hearts First Aid, Sammy is a mum of three, former Registered Nurse and nurse teacher with over 15 years’ experience teaching CPR and first aid. She holds a Masters in Nursing Education and is on a mission to make first aid friendly, evidence-based and empowering.
