A little about me...
I’m Sammy – mum of three, former nurse, and the heart behind Happy Hearts First Aid.
After years of working in hospitals and teaching nurses, I saw how much calmer people felt when they were taught in a supportive, down-to-earth way. That’s what inspired me to create Happy Hearts: first aid that feels friendly, not frightening.
When I’m not running sessions, you’ll usually find me wrangling my three kids, grabbing a flat white, or sneaking in a bit of sunshine — Aussie habits I’ve never quite grown out of.
These days, I’m based in the UK, sharing my passion for first aid with families, schools and workplaces here.
