Brave Together: First Aid Fun for mums & daughters

Brave Together: First Aid Fun for Mums & Daughters
Join us this International Women’s Day for a special hands-on workshop designed to build calm, capable and confident girls. This session will be facilitated by Sammy, founder of Happy Hearts First Aid and her 8 year old daughter Audrey.
This relaxed and empowering session is all about learning practical first aid skills side by side- in a way that feels supportive, not scary.
Together, we’ll explore:
• How to confidently call 999
• Recovery positions
• Choking management
• Bandaging skills
• First aid themed crafts
• And simple, practical skills every girl should know
This is a gentle, age-appropriate introduction to first aid, designed especially for girls aged 6–11 and their mums or female grown-ups.
Because strong girls know what to do 💜
