This friendly and practical session is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide emergency first aid to babies and children – from newborns through to children. You’ll learn how to stay calm and take action in those scary moments no one ever wants to face.

This session is for absolutely anyone caring for kids aged 0–18.

- Defibrillator use
- Choking: how to recognise and respond
- Recovery positions
- Allergies & anaphylaxis
- Febrile seizures
- Burns
- Head injuries
- Meningitis & sepsis awareness
- Home safety tips

Who are we?
We’re Happy Hearts First Aid, passionate about helping parents feel calm and capable. Our sessions are fear-free, down-to-earth, and led by experienced healthcare professionals who also happen to be mums… we get it.
Meet your trainer: Sammy
Founder of Happy Hearts, Sammy is a mum of three, former Registered Nurse, and nurse teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching CPR and first aid. She has a Masters in Nursing Education and is on a mission to make first aid friendly, evidence-based, and empowering. You’re in safe hands with Sammy!

Refund policy
If something comes up and you cannot make this session, we will need at least 72 hours minimum notice to swap you into another session. Otherwise, feel free to find someone to come in your place!
