Please only book this course if you are a part of Katya’s group.❤️ \nThis 2-hour session aims to give you the knowledge\, skills and confidence to provide emergency first aid to your baby or child. You will learn how to perform life-saving interventions to make sure you are prepared for even the scariest of situations.  \nLocation: \nLizzie’s house (thanks so much for hosting!) \nWho are we? \nWe are Happy Hearts First Aid Training\, and we are all about empowering people through our friendly and relaxed sessions. We are mums\, so we understand what you are going through. We are health professionals and we know how to provide engaging content that is relevant and evidence-based. \n  \nLead trainer: Daisy  \nDaisy will be running this session. She is a mum of three\, a nurse\, a first aid trainer and an absolute baby-wearing guru. You are in safe hands with Daisy! \n“Daisy was really informative and gave us time to ask questions and reassure us if we felt we were not doing the CPR correctly. Highly recommended” – mum of 3 month old. \n  \nWhat will we cover? \n– Baby & Child CPR \n– Use of defibrillators  \n– Allergy vs anaphylaxis \n– Recovery positions \n– Management of choking \n– Home safety tips \n– Febrile seizures \n– Burns \n– Head injuries \n– Meningitis and sepsis awareness \n  \nBabies under 1 year old are absolutely welcome. \n  \nFirst Aid Kits. \nAt the sessions you will be able to purchase an Ouch Pouch First Aid Kit for £28. This is a wipeable first aid kit perfect for the change bag or back pack.
