This 2-hour session aims to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide emergency first aid to your baby or child. You will learn how to perform life-saving interventions to make sure you are prepared for even the scariest of situations.
You also have the option to book into Daisy’s Introduction to Babywearing session, which will run for an hour following the first aid session – see ticket options below.
Who are we?
We are Happy Hearts First Aid Training, and we are all about empowering people through our friendly and relaxed sessions. We are mums, so we understand what you are going through. We are health professionals, with the facilitator of this session having over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse and teacher. We know how to provide engaging content that is relevant and evidence-based.
Lead trainer: Daisy
Daisy will be running this session. She is a mum of three, a nurse, a first aid trainer and an absolute baby-wearing guru. You are in safe hands with Daisy!

– Baby & Child CPR
– Use of defibrillators
– Allergy vs anaphylaxis
– Recovery positions
– Management of choking
– Febrile seizures
– Burns
– Head injuries
– Meningitis and sepsis awareness
+ Optional Introduction to Babywearing workshop running 7.30- 8.30pm (please see ticket options below)

Refund policy
If something comes up and you cannot make this session, we will need at least 72 hours minimum notice to swap you into another session. Otherwise, feel free to find someone to come in your place!
