Choose from three accredited Level 3 courses:
Option 1: Level 3 Full Paediatric First Aid (Blended Learning)
6 hours e-learning + 6 hours classroom
£99
This is our most popular course and is ideal for teachers, childminders and anyone working with children.
If you are a registered childminder or work within an EYFS setting, you will usually require this full 12-hour Paediatric First Aid qualification to meet Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
The course includes:
- Primary survey (DRSABCDE)
- Baby & child CPR
- Safe use of an AED
- Choking
- The unresponsive casualty
- Recovery position
- Anaphylaxis
- Asthma
- Seizures (including febrile seizures)
- Meningitis
- Bleeding and shock
- Burns and scalds
- Head injuries
- Fractures and soft tissue injuries
- Poisoning
- Bites and stings
- Minor illnesses and injuries
- Accident recording and reporting
Option 2: Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid
6 hours in classroom
£79
Perfect for parents, grandparents, carers and childcare professionals who require the one-day paediatric qualification.
This course covers life-threatening emergencies, including:
- Baby and child CPR
- Care of the unresponsive baby and child
- Choking identification and management
- Anaphylaxis
- Bleeding
- Minor injuries
- Plus more
Option 3: Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work
6 hours in classroom
£99
Tailored to adults, ideal for workplaces where a one-day first aid qualification meets the requirements of the workplace first aid needs assessment.
This course covers a range of adult emergency first aid topics, including:
- Primary survey
- Adult CPR and AED
- The unresponsive casualty
- Choking
- Bleeding and shock
- Minor injuries
- Seizures
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive an accredited Level 3 certificate, valid for 3 years.
Venue
This course is held in the Meeting Rooms at St Michael’s Church, Beaconsfield New Town (located behind the church hall).

Courses are held in a comfortable venue with parking available.
Refreshments
Tea, coffee, pastries and fresh fruit are provided during the morning and afternoon breaks.
Please bring your own lunch.
Assessment
You’ll be required to demonstrate practical skills, including CPR and recovery positions, so please wear comfortable clothing.
Assessment is friendly and supportive, consisting of:
Ongoing practical observation by the instructor.
A short written assessment.
